Pickup & Return Policy

Flying F Trailers operates as a local trailer rental yard based in Lytle, Texas. We do not ship trailers. All rentals are picked up at our yard or delivered locally.

Standard pickup

Trailers are picked up at our yard at 325 Dove Mill Dr, Lytle, TX 78052. You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation with the exact pickup window after booking. Bring your tow vehicle, driver's license, and proof of insurance — we verify all three before the trailer leaves the yard.

Local delivery (optional add-on)

If you can't pick up, we offer local delivery and return for a flat fee within 25 miles of our yard. Outside 25 miles, we'll quote per-mile each way. Delivery requires a safe, level location with clear vehicle access.

Return

Return to the same location at your scheduled return time. We allow a 30-minute grace window. Beyond that, late return fees apply (see Terms of Service). After-hours returns are allowed with prior arrangement — call us to coordinate.

Service area

We serve San Antonio and the surrounding area, from the Hill Country down through south Bexar County, and the towns west of San Antonio toward Hondo.
