Cancellations

We get it — plans change. Here's how cancellation refunds work:

       More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of rental and add-ons. Any deposit hold is released.

       Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the rental fee. Add-ons fully refunded. Deposit hold released.

       Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund of the rental fee. Add-ons fully refunded. Deposit hold released.

       No-show: No refund. If you don't pick up the trailer within 4 hours of your scheduled time and haven't contacted us, the booking is considered a no-show.

Weather and emergencies

If severe weather (tornado warning, flooding, dangerous ice) makes towing genuinely unsafe, we'll work with you on rescheduling or refunding — call us. We don't punish people for not towing in dangerous conditions.

Trailer issues on our end

If a mechanical issue on our side prevents you from picking up the trailer you booked, you get a full refund plus, where available, a substitute trailer or a 10% credit toward a future rental.

Early returns

Bringing the trailer back early doesn't earn a partial refund — your rental window is reserved when you book.

Damage deposit refunds

The damage deposit is a pre-authorization hold on your card, not a charge. If the trailer is returned on time, in clean condition, and with no damage beyond normal wear, the hold is released within 5 business days (your bank may take additional time to reflect this).

Log into your Flying F Trailers account and cancel from your order, or call (210) 338-0883. Refunds process to the original payment method.
