How It Works

Renting a trailer from Flying F Trailers

Our booking flow is built so you can be on the road same-day if you need to. Here's exactly how it works.

1. Pick your trailer

Browse the Utility Trailers or Stock Trailers collection. Each unit lists its size, capacity, and tow vehicle requirements. Not sure what you need? Call us — we'd rather help you pick the right trailer than have you struggle with the wrong one.

2. Pick your dates

On the product page, choose your pickup date and return date. The calendar only shows dates the trailer is actually available. Add any optional add-ons like a hitch ball, ratchet straps, or local delivery.

3. Check out

You'll create a quick account, e-sign the Rental Agreement, and upload a photo of your driver's license and current auto insurance. Payment is collected at booking. The damage deposit is a separate pre-authorization hold on your card — it's not a charge unless something goes wrong.

4. Pick up the trailer

Show up at our Lytle yard at your scheduled time with your tow vehicle. We'll verify your license, insurance, and that your vehicle is rated to tow what you're renting. Then we walk around the trailer together, document its condition with photos, hitch it up, and check your lights and brakes. You're on the road.

5. Return

Bring the trailer back at your scheduled return time. We do a quick return inspection together, release your deposit hold if everything looks good, and send you a receipt. Done.

What you'll need to rent

  • Driver's license (21+ for utility, 25+ for stock)
  • Current auto insurance on your tow vehicle
  • A credit card for the rental and damage deposit hold
  • A tow vehicle that meets the trailer's requirements
